A Breakthrough in Pain Management: The Progression and Reapplication of TAME創新技術的突破、漸進、與再應用
Transarterial microembolization (TAME) has emerged as a promising technique for managing chronic musculoskeletal pain by targeting abnormal angiogenesis. While evidence supports its effectiveness, integrating TAME into existing treatment regimens can be complex due to patient variability and disease heterogeneity. This presentation explores the potential of TAME within a multidisciplinary pain management approach, drawing from real-world experiences. We will discuss the progressive nature of TAME, highlighting its expanding clinical applications and growing evidence base. This presentation underscores the valuable role of TAME within a multidisciplinary approach to chronic musculoskeletal pain. By understanding individual factors and employing strategic treatment combinations, interventional radiologists can harness TAME’s potential for improved patient outcomes
