Hsin-You, Ou is the Associate professor of the Department of Radiology at  Kaohsiung Chang Gung Memorial Hospital. His area of specialization is  Radiology, Hepatobiliary images, Angiography, MRI. He acquired M.D. degree  in the School of Medicine, Kaohsiung Medical University and completed his  Postdoctoral fellow, radiology training at Magnetic Resonance Research, Johns  Hopkins University, USA. He has published more than 85 medical articles, 81  of which in SCI journal. The honor/prize he has received includes Best annual  article award of The Radiological Society of the Republic of China, Outstanding  Award of Scientific Article and National Biotechnology Medical Quality Award.
